Building Futures in Norwich project is pleased to announce the commencement of two new projects at Goldsmith Street and Rayne Park, Three Score, Bowthorpe in conjunction with Norwich City Council. The Building Futures in Norwich Project in conjunction with Norwich City Council, is pleased to announce the start of a new 3 years project at Raynes Park, Bowthorpe, Norwich. Working on behalf of Norwich City Council, RGC have been awarded the main contract to build a total of 172 dwellings over a 4.5 year period. These houses will include 112 built to Passivhaus standard and the remainder, standard build. Between now and the end of 2018, 79 dwellings will be completed, these will include 67 Passivhaus build and 12 standard build. These will be a mix of private, affordable, social and private rented houses.
We currently have a mix of job roles available on our website including bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, dry lining, flooring, labouring, groundworks, plumbing and electrical. These posts will be on a permament, employed basis and are open to people who are currently out of work or coming out of training and living in the local area.
If you are looking for an opportunity where you can gain further qualfications eg NVQ’s, Plant etc, or are coming out of training eg College and are looking for your first site based opportunity, or are time served, have experience but need formal qualifications, we would be happy to hear from you.
